Andrzej Biderman
He was a naturalist and educator (University of Warsaw and Warsaw Agricultural University), specializing in ecology, nature protection and environmental management. A Management trainer. Moderator. Partnership Animator . 16 years working in the Ojcowski National Park. Co-founder of the Centre for Education in Ojców. Associated with the Foundation since 1997. He has coordinated many projects in the field of local development and social economy, and was co-founder of "Schools for Sustainable Development Program" and "Partnership Groups". He is currently a specialist in "From the Little School into the Big World" scheme. Privately he collects coins from around the world and is passionate about onology ... meaning he is attempting to know wines.

Aleksandra Pacułt
A graduate of the environmental protection(and an almost graduate of philosophy), and vegetarian since primary school. For two years she is working so that your offices are greener and more friendly for you to work in. Always with a notebook, to ensure every logistical concern is covered. Constantly delving into the legal changes and proposals in the field of eco-office supply. She tracks trends in social campaigns and business ethics, most often those in Poland. In her spare time reading the existentialists, or photographing the world.

Iga Starowiejska
Graduate Environmental Engineering, specializing in environmental system management. Working for over a year with the Foundation to develop the environmental certification system. She has now taken over the care of the Clean Tourism certification program. With an interest in aesthetics and a passion for perfectionism, she also works with the visual identification of the Foundation. Other interests include exploring contemporary art and design. She spends her free time drinking too much coffee and dreaming about her baby Burmese cat.

Barbara Kazior
An archaeology graduate from Jagiellonian University, she was a researcher for 13 years at the Institute of Archaeology (Jagiellonian University). Associated with the Foundation since 1998, she is responsible for promoting partnerships in local development - through the Partnership Groups for Sustainable Development. She also studied a postgraduate course in “Cross-Sector Partnership," at Cambridge University. She was the propagator of the Ecomuseum concept as a method of live presentation of natural and cultural heritage, inspiring the creation of several such initiatives in Poland – She is the polish representative in the European Ecomuseums Network - 'Local Worlds'. She is the coach, trainer, and organizer of national and international conferences.

Irena Kitlińska

Irena is best described in her own nursery rhyme:

A Happy accountant, who loves reading biographies and jogging,
she loves people and animals, you’re bound to find her singing and dancing,
never idle at work, her likes include rhymes and cycling,
friendly, but sometimes too shy,a fan of Troika, she is usually smiling – in other words a great accountant.

Adriana Smajek
An economist, with knowledge of accounting gained from the University of Economics and Association of Accountants in Krakow. Her adventure with the Foundation began on Valentine's Day 2005, she now occupies the position of financial specialist accounting for funds received from various national and international donors, and is grappling with more and more interesting guidance for accounting rules:) She prefers active rest, mainly in the form of crawling Tatra trails, and when relaxing reading books by R. Kapuscinski book or G.G. Marquez. Since January 2010, is a happy mother of Olenka.
